TransEffect LLC

April 26th, 2007 by Brandon

As of April 12th, TransEffect officially became TransEffect LLC. What’s going to change? Nothing really, it just means we’re fancy now with letters after our name. We are working on some new logos for our web site, letterhead, business cards, etc. so you should see those items changing soon. If you have an idea for a TransEffect LLC mascot, now would be the time to let us know, so we can work it into the new logo. Here are a few of our preliminary ideas:

And finally our new promotional photo taken as we were climbing mountains in New Zealand. If you would like your very own TransEffect hat conversion kit, feel free to contact us and we’ll send you the directions.

We Moved!

April 10th, 2007 by Brandon

Kevin and I decided we needed a change of location. We have relocated to Old Town Winchester just off the Loudoun Street walking mall at 10 W Boscawen #26 Street Winchester, VA 22601. The new office is located in “The 1930s Building” above the original Daily Grind Coffee House at the center of town. We are just steps away from numerous restaurants and shops and have a great vantage point for people watching.

We’re still in the process of decorating our walls, but web development is in full swing at the new office. All are welcome to stop in and visit. Below are a few photos of the new locale:

Winchester Discount Audio

January 19th, 2007 by Brandon

As I mentioned in the last blog post, we were nearing completion of the Winchester Discount Audio design. Well, the site is now live and ready for the world to peruse at www.winchesterdiscountaudio.com. This was a complete redesign from top to bottom including a new layout, color scheme, logo, and navigation.

The site is designed to be simple to navigate, aesthetically pleasing, cross browser compatible, standards compliant, and search engine optimized - you will notice that all images that contain meaningful text also include that content as plain text somewhere else on the same page (specifically, the left side navigation, and brand names in the footer).

The site is relatively small itself (just three pages) but it is easily expandable, should the client choose to pursue an e-commerce solution, or add additional content pages.
